Evolution Resourcing provide a "Clear Fees Policy" so, as an employer, you will know exactly what you will be paying for your recruitment. Our fee is only payable when we have provided you with a suitable candidate.
The appropriate fee will be agreed with the client prior to engagement and confirmed upon signing of our Terms of Business in accordance with the services requested.

CONVERSIONS (CONTRACT TO PERMANENT)
Conversions will be calculated on basic annual salary, plus all additional guaranteed payments, at the fee rate agreed in the Terms of Business.
If you employ a contractor for 52 weeks, there is no conversion fee to pay should you subsequently hire them on a permanent basis from week 53.
If a contractor is not converted to permanent by week 53, the agreed contract rate will continue to be applied until the contract ends, regardless of time already worked for the client.
No refunds are offered on Contract to Permanent placements.
